Cancellation Policy
Pease note Thrive Salon enforces a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please give the salon proper time to accommodate the guests on our waiting list.
To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, I will now require a credit card on file to book any future appointments.
In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, you will be subject to paying 50% of the booked service value.
No shows, as well as cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be charged 100% of the booked service value.
