Pease note Thrive Salon enforces a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please give the salon proper time to accommodate the guests on our waiting list. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, I will now require a credit card on file to book any future appointments. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, you will be subject to paying 50% of the booked service value. If you are not completely happy with your hair cutting, coloring, or extension application services, we will gladly redo the service free of charge, provided that it is requested within 7 days of the original appointment.
